Individual support means a great deal to us. It allows Joe Goode Performance Group to continue to create and present outstanding dance in our hometown, as well as on tour throughout the world. Through our Goode Friends program, hundreds of our supporters contribute unrestricted gifts that help us sustain a world-class dance company and a training ground for up-and-coming professional dancers.

Institutional Grants

Each year Joe Goode Performance group earns approximately 50 percent of its income from ticket sales, touring, teaching, and new works commissioned by other dance companies.

In addition to your individual contributions, grants from foundations, government agencies and corporations help to bridge the difference. Grants help us to develop and rehearse new work, pay artistic and staff salaries, publicize and market our productions, and perform outreach to underserved audiences.
